| Materials: one pig hand, five ginger slices and two shallot. Seasonings: edible oil ( three tablespoons), starch (1/2 tablespoon), cooking wine (1 tablespoon), rice wine (2 tablespoons), white vinegar ( 3 tablespoons), soybean sauce (2 tablespoons), salt (1/2 tablespoon) and white sugar (2 tablespoons). Step 1 Clean the pig hand and cut it into pices. Cut the shallot into pieces. Add one tablespoon cooking wine and shallot pieces in the boiling water. Then quick-boil the pig hand in the boiling water. |
