Do you know them, Henin, Lindsay Davenport,Hingis and Sharapova? They are all female tennis players. Henin is named as the Women's No.1. In 2007, she won US and French Open titles. Davenport is 31 years old and gave birth to a baby in June. However, she didn't want to give tennis so early. It is reported that she will attend at least three 'Grand Slams' in 2008. Hingis won five 'Grand Slams' in all. Due to the scandal of drug taking, she retired again this year. Sharapova won two Grand Slams titles. If I remember clearly, she won her first title when she was 16 years old. Meanwhile, she is very beautiful.

What do you think of those four female tennis players? Who is your favourite?

Kevin it's very easy for me to give you my input on these women players.

I greatly admire the talent of all four of these players. Their peers rate each of them very highly.

In terms of watching them play I would order my favourites as follows:

Sharapova (beauty and talent)
Henin (talent)
Hingis (talent)
Davenport (talent)

Actually, I am not really a fan of Davenport to tell you the truth. :)

My favorites would be Hingis 'the swiss miss' for her beauty and ability but sadly not the drugs and Davenport for her many years in the sport.
For beauty and looks what about Anna Kournikova? she played some doubles with Hingis but as a singles player she was very poor, her career outside tennis was a distraction.

I didn't get to see much of Anna on the courts at all really. I wasn't following much women's tennis at the time she was a tennis star.
For beauty and looks, yes she was/is definitely a "looker".
As for tennis talent, Dave you summed it up very well.

Alhtough she couldn't win even one singles tournament in her entire professional career, she was still quite a good player and had excellent results as a doubles player.

Agree with CANADAGUY. Anna is definitely a good looker. But for tennis, personally I don't think she is good.
