| Materials: wide noodles (250 grams), lean pork (160 grams), pickled Chinese cabbage (50 grams), green pepper (2), Chinese prickly ash seeds (1 tablespoon), 浓汤宝 (one bag). Seasonings: edible oil ( 3 tablespoons), white vinegar (1 tablespoon), chili oil (2 tablespoons) and salt (2 tablespoons). Step 1 clean pickled Chinese cabbage and cut them into shreds. Cut lean pork into shreds. Cut green peppers into pieces. |

| Step 2 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edible oil in the pan. Quick-fry Chinese prickly ash seeds in the pan and then take them out. Quick-fry minced garlic in the pand and then stir-fry lean pork till they turn white. |

| Step 3 Add pickled Chinese cabbage and green pepper pieces in and stir-fry for a while. Then add 3 bowls of clean water and boil them. |

| Step 4 Add 浓汤宝 in and boil with gentle heat for ten minutes. Then add 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 2 tablespoons chili oil and 1/5 tablespoon salt in and mix them well. |
