During the over 20 years from 1980 to 2006, the starting point is CNY 800. In 2006 it was increased to CNY 1600. However, the incomes of indivioduals have increased much and more and more people are listed. Meanwhile this year the basic consumption expenditure such as prices of house, electricity, water, meat and daily food, have also increased drastically. So the pocily is in demand of most people. Many experts think the proper staring point is CNY 2000 - 2500. But they also think the policy should vary from city to city. They also point this is also the temporary polciy. The direction is to consider all changes aspects: income, consumption price and inflation and decicde a fluctuated index. I wonder what do you think of this policy? And my dear friends what is the condition of individual income tax in your countries?

Confronted with the soaring prices of food, electricity, house and water, we should increase people's salary instead of adjusting the starting point of tax on individual income.
