![]() | I am a Chinese lady who married an Australian 20 month's ago, after marrying we applied for 2 tourist visas but they were refused due to my financial status. Now we want to do a Spouse visa but am afraid of losing the application fee as my husband is only on an Australian pension. He supports me now as well as himself but losing that kind of money would be a big loss to us both. We have just found out that for people in our position we will probably need an Assurance of Support, which means you find somebody who can pay back Centrelink should you need their help, I think this would be very hard to do as they have their own committments. Is there anybody out there who has been through this or is going through this situation? Your thoughts would be appreciated. |
