| No.2 Guifei Chicken. Materials: 8 chicken wings, ginger, 4 shallots, soybean sauce (10 grams), white sugar (10 grams), red grape wine (10 grams), MSG (3 grams) and chicken soup (100 grams). How to make it: marinade 8 chicken wings in 5 grams soybean sauce about 20 minutes. Then fry chicken wings in edible oil till their surface turns golden.
