East of the residential quarter is An’li Road which is the most important road of the urban areas from north to south in the capital city. Transportation around here is also quite convenient with more than ten city bus lines meeting there. Near the quarter is Qinghe River, flowing from southeast to northwest under the beautiful cable-stayed bridge which is unique in Beijing. It is really a beautiful sight and words may fail to express the amazing feeling. And what’s more , the life and daily services, supermarket and spaces for entertainment are all satisfying in our quarter. It’s really enjoyable living here.The No.4 Building is in the middle of the quarter. Our apartment is on the 18th floor (19-storey altogether), you will enjoy a most beautiful view, quiet and comfortable life in it. The apartment is decorated in a style of combining Chinese and western characters. The walls of different rooms are painted in harmonious colors, and two bed rooms are differently arranged for adults and one child. Living room is bright and comfortable. All rooms are well furnished and equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are fully fixed up with refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, water heater etc. We will install the telephone and Internet if necessary. We offer to clean up the rooms once a week, to help you solve different problems in life. The hostess of the house is an English teacher, who used to be in charge of the school’s cooperation with several English-speaking country schools. All the family members can speak fluent English, besides our 14-year-old son, who is in Junior 3 of a key school in Beijing and is always eager to make foreign friends and practice his English. The host of the house is a warm-hearted person, who will be glad to teach you Chinese and be a free tour guide in the spare time and holidays, even glad to create chances to treat you to some real Chinese snacks.
