I love the great caynon. that's all my impression of US.

After reading so much on terra cotta, i really want to go to the museum and see them again.

Of course potatoes can be delicious. Over here potatoes are as common as rice is in China. You can make all kind of meals out of potatoe. But still I would prefer the Chinese cuisine!
And Chinese tea is good with everything.

you live in Xian - you can go there every weekend if you like (and if you manage to get by all these traders selling Terracotta merchandise stuff)

I?e been to the Grand Canyon once. Suddenly it started to rain heavily, but later you could see a rainbow and a deer came crossing the street - that? unbelievable but true!
