Materials: Tofu (30 grams), cooked chicken or ham (15 grams), mushroom (15 grams), cooked lean pork shreds (15 grams), sea-cucumber (15 grams), squid (15 grams), one egg, starch (25 grams), minced shallot (3 grams), soybean sauce (10 grams), lard (30 grams), MSG (1gram), pepper (1 gram), aromatic vinegar (6 grams), salt (5 grams), chicken soup (750 grams).

How to make it:

Step 1 Cut tofu, mushroom, sea cucumber and squid into shreds and add them with cooked chicken and lean pork shreds in the pan. Then add chicken soup, salt, MSG and soybean sauce in to boil them together. While boiling, add starchy water in. Then add beaten egg in.

Step 2 Add pepper, aromatic vinegar, minced shallot and little lard in. When egg flakes are floating in the pan, boil them with fierce heat for a second.

Sour and Spicy Soup is ready.
