Due to the soaring house prices, those investors and developers have made huge profits in the property market. Only the house buyers are the victims of the increasing house prices. However, some developers recently claim that the government are the biggest winner in the property market. Why? They say that the taxes and fees they have paid to the government have already exceeded their net profit. What's more, the land prices have not been included in the government's 'income'. If the income from the land prices were included, the government would earn much more than those developers. Do you believe what those developers' words? Who is the biggest winner in the property market?

Why? They say that the taxes and fees they have paid to the government have already exceeded their net profit. What's more, the land prices have not been included in the government's 'income'.
