Apartment description : 1 Located in ChaoYang District, Beijing , nearby north 2nd ring road and CBD; 2 Clean and quiet apartment for foreigners.New apartment and perfect fitment ;about 60 square meters; the 26th floor with 24 hours public security. and north facing can give you a open wide view of Beijing, Green trees, river, and forane mountains; 3 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, fited with a big bed/TV/DVD/aircondition, sofa bed /computer/TV/DVD/Sound set/airconditon, 1 dinner table, 1 bathroom with hot water, 1 balcony, microwave oven, 1 bar table, etc. 4 All completely superfine furnished ( Microwave oven, Drinking Water, Two air conditioners, refrigerator, Television, Washing machine, and Internet wireless Access, telephone and desktop ) 5. at least two bicycles for free 6. Airport pickup for free(1-3persons) The merit: - Standing 3 kilometers away from Olympic Main building and water cube. - Near to many bus station and subway station - 20 minutes driving distance to TianAnMen or WangFuJing street - 40 minutes driving distance to the airport - Surrounded with big shopping mall, supermarket, hospital, restaurant, bank, etc. In addition , based on my good understanding of Beijing and china, i can arrange a tour for you if you need; Rent require: At least one month in the Olympic games Pay all once and earnest under discussion Please order early. 800USD per day for renting and add the extra fee for tour service (if you want ).
