Fried Chicken wings with Chestnuts

Materials: 6 chicken wings, 5 pieces of dry black mushrooms, chestnut kernel (288 grams), minced shallot (1 tablespoon), minced garlic (1 tablespoon) and minced ginger (1/2 tablespoon).

Seasonings for making marinade: honey (1 tablespoon), cooking wine (1 tablespoon), soybean sauce (1/2 tablespoon), starch (1 tablespoon) and white pepper (1/8 tablespoon).

Seasonings: edbile oil (3 tablespoons), starch (1/2 tablespoon), oyster oil (1 tablespoon), salt (1/5 tablespoon).

Step 1 wash chicken wings and chop them into pieces. Add 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/8 tablespoon white pepper and minced ginger in a bowl and mix them well with chicken wings. Then marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 2 soak dry black mushrooms and then cut off the stems and shred them. Steam chestnut kernels for 15 minutes and let them cool down. Mix 1/2 tablespoon starch and 3 tablespoons water well.

Step 3 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, quick-fry minced garlic, stir-fry black mushroom shreds with gentle heat. Then add chicken wings in and stir-fry them together with big fire.

Step 4 Add steamed chestnut kernels in and stir-fry for one minute. Then add two bowls of water and stew for 25 minutes.

Step 5 Add 1/5 tablespoon salt,1 tablespoon oyster oil and starchy water. Then scatter minced shallot and stir-fry for a second.

The dish is done.

Notice: No.1 Don't eat chestnuts too much. It is hard to digest.

No.2 Don't eat chestnuts with beef. Otherwise, it makes you throw up.
