| Materials: pig liver (250 grams), spinach (150 grams), ginger, chicken soup (1 bowl). Seasonings: edible oil (2 tablespoons), salt (1/3 tablespoon), cooking wine (1/2 tablespoon), concentrated chicken gravy (1/3 tablespoon). |

| Step 1 Wash pig liver and slice them. |

| Step 2 Cut off the roots of spinach and then halve them with cook knife. |

| Step 3 Quick-boil liver slices in boiling water and then take them out. |

| Step 4 Cut ginger into shreds. Pre-heat two tablespoons edible oil and quick-fry ginger shreds. Then add 1 bowl of chicken soup and 1 bowl of water, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine and 1/3 tablespoon concentrated chicken gravy. Sitr well and boil them. |

| Step 5 When the mix is boiling, add spinach in. While boiling again, add pig liver slices in and stir the mix. Then the dish is done. |
