Yangzhou Fried Rice!

Have you ever heard of Yangzou Fried Rice? Very famous!

Materials: ham (50 grams), shrimps (104 grams), two eggs, green bean (35 grams), two bowls of steamed rice and shallot.

Seasonings: 5 tablespoons edible oil, 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 2 tablespoons salt.

Step 1 Cut off the heads and tails of the shrimps and shell them. Dice ham. mince shallot and beat the eggs.

Step 2 Quick-boil green beans in boiling water for 30 seconds. While quick-boiling green beans, don't forget to add 1 tablespoon salt.

Step 3 Pre-heat 2 tablespoons edible oil, stir-fry ham dices and shrimps.

Step 4 Add 3 tablespoons edible oil in and heat it. Then pour beaten eggs in and wait for 10 seconds and then add steamed rice in. Stir-fry the mixture till the rice turns golden.

Step 5 Add ham dices, green beans and shrimps and stir-fry the mixture for one minute.

Step 6 Add 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1/3 tablespoon salt and stir-fry them well.
