Looking for a travelling friend or two, or three... Feb 6-17

LOVETRAVELLING Points: Join Date: Jan 2, 2008 Status: offline	2/6 I'm going to Shanghai -- 2/8 Zhengzhou (to see the Shaolin Temple) -- 2/9 Luoyang (to see the Longmen caves)-- 2/10 Xian (to see Pagodas and the tarracotta army)-- 2/12 Chongqing -- 2/13 Fengdu (to see the devil)-- 2/14 Jingzhou-- 2/15 and Hangzhou 2/16 Shanghai 2/17 go back home If anyone would like to join me for the whole or part of the trip, just reply. And if anyone has any advice on booking train/bus tickets. I haven't figured out yet how to get to Hangzhou from Jingzhou, or how to get to Fengdu from Chongqing. I'm also planning another trip in June to Beijing and Mongolia...

ELLYSE Points: Join Date: Oct 30, 2005 Status: Offline	If you're hoping to get train tickets as-you-go, you're a little too optimistic and ambitious. Especially for Shanghai -- Zhengzhou! Chongqing -- Fengdu quite easily done by bus IIRC.

ELLYSE Points: Join Date: Oct 30, 2005 Status: Offline	I seriously doubt that you'll be able to get those train tickets. It would be cheaper if you booked way in advance for plane tickets on Spring Airlines (http://www.china-sss.com) for Shanghai -- Zhengzhou.

Heya there...

I am currently base in SUzhou for attachment and planning to go around china. However, i cant get anyone to join me and then i saw your posted.

I am wondering whether you are travelling by train for all the journey or by plane? by train will be great..

my actual plan is going guilin, yunan, juizhaigou, xian, shaolin temple then back suzhou or shanghai.

i can go anywhere - follow all your destination will be no problem for me as long as i get to travel china before going back Singapore..
