Since there is an exces capacity in china where infrastructure is already at its peak, creating over capacity will serve no purpose..Instead China should start investing in indian infrastructure through PPP model given the current surplus enjoyed by her. China would always want to be a global supplier to the world and would never consume more than what it produces. So in the event of US deciding to stop excessive consumption and in order to protect the value of $, uncle sam might start saving more. SHUBH Points: Join Date: Feb 12, 2009 Status: Offline	I think US economy will take more time to grow, though results of improvement are pearing but still it is too early to depict the growth rate. Yes, trend of US economy affects the economy of other countries too and China is also the one.
