I have an apartment to rent in beijing, the position of apartment just in north of Beijing. because the major gyms are in the north of beijing, so it is not far away to the major gyms. it is only 9 kilometer far away to Bird Nest Center, 8 kilometer to olympic garden. there is the direct bus to Bird Nest Center and major gyms. 1)living comfortable: the furniture and equipment 3-bdrm, 1-bathroom, 2-Balcony, 1-Corridor; 80sqm, on the 14th floor with open and nice view(with the elevator,building total 21th floor), cozy apartment, all appliance and furniture furnished: TV + dvd, internet access, washing machine, gas and electric cooker, electric oven, microwave cooker. 2)the service: if you want to rent the apartment, I could help you to provide the following service: 1. pls tell me which game you have got the ticket so that I could tell you the traffic road to the gym, the shortest traffic bus or Subway. 2. pls tell me your scheduled flight after you get the flight ticket, so that I could go to the airport to take you up by my car, it is free for taking you up from airport to apartment and from apartment to airport (only twice), pls tell me how many people and how many luggage. 3. pls tell me your beijing city travel plan: which sights you want to go to visit, so that I could help you to plan the travel traffic path. 3)living comfort: surrounding there is the shop，hospital, post office and garden in the building area. quiet, offer a cozy and clean life 4)cost of rental apartment 4000Euro per month if you have intent to rent the apartment, pls contact with me by email: sohu.com\|tracy_tang.
