I am disappointed by China post

I sent a parcel to Russia from Shenyang through China post and for 1 month 2 weeks now they have not being able to deliver my parcel. My friend called the Russsian post in russia and they said they have not receive the parcel from china since the registered code is not in thier system. I have being to the post office many time and they keep telling me the parcel left Beijing on 5th december but can't tell me where the parcel is now. I am confused. Is that how it works here? Has anyone experience such a situation with china post before? what should i do or expect? I hope to hear from someone. Thank you

JABAROOTOO Points: Join Date: Jul 4, 2005 Status: Offline	Be patient. I have friends who have waited months for things to arrive. But I agree it should not have taken that long. It may have been damaged or even worse stolen!!!!

GUESTVICKYLIU	Hello, I think you should be patient.I have the similar experience a month ago. I have post a parcel with clothes and food from Hainnan province to Jilin province, and it takes me 15 days, of course ordinary parcel. I post it in the same country quite apart from different countries. I think it will take much more time.
