Info on Jiannanchun Hotel or family-run guesthouse in Yuhu

My husband and I are traveling to Lijiang. An acquaintance recommended the Jiannanchun Hotel in Lijiang. I just wondered if anyone had any information (or photos) on this hotel. I can't seem to find very much on the internet.

I've also heard of a family-run guesthouse in Yuhu. Does anyone know where that is or how to contact the owners?
