Please help - Travelling to Shangai please help for main kid attractions

I am travelling with my family to Shangai in the month of Feb/ March.I am travelling with my kid and would like to visit and kid attractions like Amusement parks/ Animal Parks/ do some good shopping(in the higher end price as well as lower end price)/ eat at KFC, Pizza Hut, Mac Donald's or any indian restaurants reasonably priced. We would even like to visit the Great Wall of China at Beijing.Could anyone advise me how to best travel and the rates involved abnd how long it takes? I know I am a bother but would like to plan a great trip to make my trip successfull. Thanks you for your help. I appreciate it
