I would like to have an apartment while being in Beijing for Olympics. There will be I guess four of us including one child. My budget is $14 000 per 23 days of stay. Would prefer to be met at the airport and seen off as well. Do not need it to be exactly near the Nest. The venues of my games to attend, as far as I've checked, will be within central and CBD areas of the city.

My family have three cozy and clean apartments in Beijing, one nature-friendly 3 bedroom apartment in Tian Tong Yuan (140sqm), one bookish and very central and cultural 3 bedroom and two-layer apartment in Jiao Dao Kou (122sqm) and one brand-new 2 bedroom apartment in Guang Qu Men (101sqm). Transportation to the Olympic Venues are all fairly convenient (less than 10-30 min.by car or subway). I wonder if the above said American company would be interested in taking up these sources, or if any individual or family would be interested. As a young history scholar wellspoken in English I may also wish to help the potential tenants arrange an interesting knowledge tour in Beijing and introduce you to more friends and events so that when you are not watching the games you will still find Beijing and China a real experience to enjoy and contemplate on.
