Chinese new year, what should I cook??

noth china in chinese new years is have dumplings.but in south china ,maybe have some food .for example, chickren , firsh , pork , and larou (bacon),, haha , i'm chinse , 6 Feb. i'll come back home , who want to my home together?

supertogo, dumplings could be 饺子(norther china), 汤圆(defferent flavors in different regions), 馄吞 (shanghai, southern juangsu province and norther zhejiang province.
