Chinese shares went down at least 2 percent

After the central bank declared to raise the reserve ratio by 0.5 percent to 15 percent, shares in Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock Exchanges went down about 2.6 percent. The Shanghai Composite Index and Shenzhen Component Index separately went below 5200 points and 18000 points.

To be specific, shares of PetrolChina fell 2.09 percent, Sinopec 6.48 percent. Chinese banks also slumped. Shares of Industrial and Commercial Bank and China Construction Bank plunged at least 5 percent. Chalco went down 5 percent. However, Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong and Tokyo's Nikkei 225 index rose more than 2 percent.
