Fried shrimps with Tieguanyin tea

Materials: shrimps (326 grams), Tieguanyin tea (50 grams), two pieces of toast, minced scallion stalk (1 tablespoon) and minced garlic (1 tablespoon).

Seasonings: edible oil (4 tablespoons), salt (1 tablespoon), cooking wine (1 tablespoon).

Step 2 Steep the Tieguanyin tea in boiling water for 15 minutes. Separate tea leaves from the water. Cut off the mustache of the shrimp.

Step 3 Soak shrimps in the tea water and add 1 tablespoon cooking wine in. Then just wait for 30 minutes. Finally, tear two pieces of toast into small pieces.

Step 4 Pre-heat the pan and stir-fry toast pieces for a while (to get rid of water in the toast).

Step 5 Pre-heat 1 tablespoon edible oil and add tea leaves in. Then stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Step 6 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edible oil and quick-fry minced garilic and scallion stalk. Then add shrimps in and stir-fry till their surface turns red. Finally, add 1 tablespoon salt.

Step 6 Add tea leaves and toast pieces in and stir-fry with shrimps for 2 minutes.
