| Materials: sweet potato (500 grams), flour (100 grams) and one egg. Seasonings: edible oil (2 bowls) and salt ( 1 tablespoon). Step 1 Wash sweet potato, peel the skin and cut it into shreds. Then wash sweet potato shreds in clear water for several times. Finally, add 1 tablespoon salt and pickle for 15 minutes. Beat the egg in a bowl. |
