guest68245	Hi, We are 1 French girl and 1 Australian girl looking for a third flatmate. The flat is 1 minute walking distance from Xujiahui metro station (line 1). It’s located in a high standards compound with 24hours security. There are supermarkets, gym center, starbucks IKEA, malls, etc… inside or close to the compound. The flat is 150m², includes 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and got all you need: ADSL/WIFI, TV, SAT TV, DVD, air conditioning, micro wave, phone… The bathroom is to share with one of the 2 flatmates. We have an Ayi coming three times/week. Rental is 2300RMB/month + charges (around 200-300RMB/month) Non smoker preferred. If you are interested, you can contact me by e-mail.
