Materials: pure milk (400 ml), corn kernels (150 grams), ham (1), half an onion and flour (1 tablespoon).

Seasonings: Beef tallow and salt (1/6 tablespoon).

Step 1 Get rid of the skin of the onion. Dice onion and ham separately.

Step 2 Grind 125 grams corn kernels.

Step 3 Pre-heat beef tallow in the pan, stir-fry onion dices and then add ham dices in and stir-fry together.

Step 4 Add 400 ml pure milk in and boil with gentle heat.

Step 5 Add ground corn and 25 grams corn kernels in and boil them together.

Step 6 Add 1 tablespoon flour in and mix them well. Then add 1/6 tablespoon salt and mix them again.
