A. Futian CBD area office building price info:
Rental CNY120-180/sqm/month + management fee CNY16-CNY30/sqm/month + tax 10.22%
Typical office building include:
Anlian Plaza（安联大厦）, Landmark（经贸中心）,
Noble Finance Center(诺德金融中心), Phoenix Building(凤凰大厦)，
Centre Tower（中央商务大厦），Times Square( 时代广场)，
Great China International Exchange Square, (大中华国际交易广场) etc.

B. Futian Chengongmiao area:
