Those who have watched Brokeback Mountain must be familiar with this guy. He is the leading actor in that movie. What a sad news! Brief Introduction to him: Ledger became popular in the teen comedy-romance 10 Things I Hate About You. He also performed in the Patriot directed by Mel Gibson, A Knight's Tale, Monster's Ball and The Order. He was nominated for the best actor Oscar in 2006 for his work in Ang Lee's Brokeback Mountain. His recent movie was I'm Not There. He will be seen later this year in The Dark Knight, portraying the Joker in the sequel to Batman Begins.
