The weather is abnormal. Snow seldom fell last year but falls heavily this year. Take Xi'an for example, the news says that Xi'an has come across the most snowiest winter since 1957.

Heavy snow can be hard even in places where it is fairly common. In a place unaccustomed to heavy snow. Years ago in this part of Montana people shoveled the snow off of their roofs every year to prevent their homes from collapse. It doesn't happen very often any more. Global warming?

The Internet weather forecast for Nanning predicts 32 F this evening with rain. That is cold enough for snow flurries in Nanning!

Weather is unpredictable!
