| In many places of China, people make 年糕 (Nian 2 Gao 1). In English, it is called Chinese New Year Cake or Rise Cake. Chinese New Year Cake has a symbolic meaning---rise in the new year. Why not make some rise cakes by yourself? Perhaps luck will fall upon you. No.1 May you always get more than you wish for. Materials: glutinous rice flour (250 grams), wheat starch (50 grams), coconut milk (250 ml), white sugar (250 grams), edible oil (30 ml), red pigment and chocolate cream. Step 1 Add white sugar and coconut milk in the boiler and wait till sugar melts. |
