Accupuncture in Xi'an?

Hi,

I've always been interested in trying accupuncture, but it is really expensive in the US. Has anyone tried it in Xi'an? If yes, how can you determine if it is a responsible and safe business? (I'm worried about needles that are not properly cleaned between uses.) Is there a particular place you would recommend?
