![]() | Whether you get a fiancee visa or not, the UK could still refuse a spouse visa, but it is unlikely. The UK seems to be the easiest country in the world to get foreigners into. In fact, foreigners get treated better than UK citizens! Surely the easiest thing to do is for her to get a tourist visa to the UK. That will give her 6 months in the UK. Then once you are married you can apply for the spouse visa. No need for a fiancee visa unless you want her to stay in the UK for more than 6 months before you marry. |
