I need to get a Police Certificate for my Cuban Fiancé who lived in Beijing for 1 year in 2003 and now USA Embassy requires to issue a Fiancé visa. Could anyone help me there? we don't have family or friends in Beijing! We would pay whatever fee required in order to get it from the Public Security Bureau!!! Please, Help us to be together!!!!!!!!!!!
