| Materials: three navel oranges, steamed rice (2 bowls), shrimps (106 grams), two eggs, string bean (50 grams), spring onion (1). Seasonings: edible oil (5 tablespoons), salt (1 tablespoon), white sugar (1/3 tablespoon). Step 1 Make a hole in the navel orange and hollow the flesh out. Mince spring onion. |

| To supplement: Squeeze orange flesh in step 1. Step 2 Cut off shrimps' heads and tails, shell the skin and wash them in clear water. Cut string beans into dices. Beat two eggs in a bowl and add 1/6 tablespoon salt. |

| Orange? I don't like it though it contains much vitamine C. It is too sour and I like sweet food. |
