Materials: minced pork (258 grams), four potatos, some garlic and spring scallion (1).

Seasonings: 4 tablespoons edible oil, 1 tablespoon fermented Wheat Flour, 2 tablespoons thick broad-bean sauce, 1/2 tablespoon Chinese prickly ash powder, 1/8 white pepper powder, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar.

Step 1 peel four potatos and boil them for 15 minutes in boiling water with medium heat.

Step 2 Mince garlic and spring scallion and cut four potatos into pieces.

Step 3 Pre-heat 4 tablespoons edible oil, quick-fry minced garlic, and then add minced pork and stir-fry for a while.

Step 5 Add potato piece in and stir-fry them together. Then add one bowl of water and boil them. Finally, stew for 10 minutes with a cover.

Step 6 When the soup turns thick, spread minced spring scallion and stir-fry for a second.
