Silver fungus soup with apple and pork

Materials: lean pork (182 grams), two apples, one carrot, silver fungus (20 grams), six red dates and two slices of ginger.

Seasonings: 1/2 tablespoon salt.

Step 1 Peel two apples, get rid of the cores, cut them into big pieces and soke them in light salt brine. Slice ginger, soak silver fungus in water and then tear them into pieces.

Step 2 Peel the carrot and cut it into pieces. Wash lean pork in water and cut it into pieces.

Step 3 Add 5 bowls of water in the boiler. Then add ginger slices, lean pork, carrot pieces, silver fungus, apple and dates.

Step 4 Boil the mixture with a cover. After boiling, stew for 45 minutes.
