Hi all,

Trying to plan a ski weekend/day out. Lots of discussions about pros and cons of Nanshan, mostly it seems that Nanshan's slopes are too short and too crowded.
There is meant to be a place calle Wonder Ski or Wonder Resort some way up North of Beijing, newly opened, with pistes or 2K and more and so called red and black pistes ;-)
Has anyone been to this place? Is it any good? Is it still under construction and basically a disaster area? Any help appreciated!

The Wonder resort you mentioned is located near the Ming Tombs? If yes, it is a well-equiped one with high-standard services.

Hi, Xiongdaben

I found a leaflet of this resort and I think you are talking about "ski wonderzone". It's supposed to be approx. 3hours down badaling highway near Honghualiang. The leaflet and website look promising. I've not been there yet, but if anyone has "real life" info please let me know. Their website is www.wlski.com.
