CONFUSED!! domestic flights - Beijing

I have booked a domestic flight from Beijing to Wuyishan with china etours. I had email confirmation to say I'd booked successfully and customer service would contact me to handle the order. That was on 23 Jan 08 and haven't heard anything since despite emailing them. What is the system? Am I now guaranteed a seat on that flight despite not paying any money yet?

ELIBT, if you are not sure if you have been guaranteed a seat on that flight, just make a call to confirm it.
