Materials: Marbled meat (246 grams), garlic shoots (250 grams), one green pepper and three ginger slices.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespon cooking wine and 1/3 sesame oil.

Step 1 Slice marbled meat and cut green pepper into shreds.

Step 2 Cut garlic shoots into 2 meter sections. Peel ginger and cut it into shreds.

Step 3 Pre-heat 1 tablespoon edible oil, add marbled meat slices in and stir-fry them for a while until the fat exudes out.

Step 4 Pre-heat 2 tablespoons edible oil, quick-fry ginger and green pepper shreds together. Then add garlic sections and some water and stir-fry for one minute.

Step 5 Add fried marbled meat and stir-fry the mixture together for one minute.

Actually this dish is easy to cook.
