The newspaper reports that Steamed Bread Dipped In Mutton or Beef Soup (a very famous snack in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province) made by Tongshengxiang Restaurant has been included in National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Good news! I like eating Steamed Bread Dipped In Mutton or Beef Soup in winter because I feel warmer after having it. But the prices are too high. It costs 8 to 10 yuan per bowl just for ordinary steamed bread dipped in mutton or beef soup. After being included in national intangible heritage list, the prices might be higher.
