In recent days, many newspapers have reported that Chinese stock market has plunged deeply. Talking about the reasons, some say the market was affected seriously by US subprime credit crisis while others say that the recent snow storms was also the culprit. On the other hand, many people suggest that the government should readjust the policies to make share market recover. Do you think Chinese stock market will become as good as last year?

"Bull or Bear???" Those investors have been confused.

Good picture! The Chinese economy will continue to grow though a little slower than at present - which is what the government wants. In the long run, the stock market should grow with it. The recent dip is a great opportunity to buy quality stocks for the long term.

Are you thinking short-term or long-term?

Short-term there is good reason to feel "bearish."

The long-term must be "bullish" or we all have hard times ahead. For better or for worse (and maybe a bit of both) the global economy must continue to grow.

If China continues to deliver economic and social improvements to her people - the future is very bright.

For the USA, the challenges are more difficult. Not only must the government cease squandering of the wealth of her people; but Americans must understand the time for being "fat, dumb and happy" is at an end. The world is a very competitive place and the only way to remain on top is to put their collective nose back to the grindstone and become sharp again.
