guest11713	I am a convicted felon(US CITIZEN) who wants to file for a K1 visa to bring my foreign fiancee over here from China. We have met in person and she already knows about my criminal history. It is not a crime that is specifically listed. It was not a violent crime either. However, it MIGHT be something that could raise a "red flag" with them. Will the USCIS automatically deny the application for the K1 Visa because I am a convicted felon?
