Material: fresh milk (250 grams) and two eggs.

Step 2 Beat two eggs (separate egg white from yolk), add milk and white sugar and mix with egg white.

Step 3 Add yolk in a cup then add the mixture of egg white, white sugar and milk. Finally steam the mixture.
