Materials: dace, green and red pepper dices, pea, carrot dices, corn and minced scallion.

No.2 Cut the dace as the pictures shows. Then spread some pepper powder on it.

No.3 Steam the dace for 4 minutes.

Step 4 Make dressing sauce. Materials: ketchup, white vinegar, white sugar, salt and starchy water, pea, green and red pepper, corn, carrot dices and minced scallion. When dressing sauce is ready, spread it on the fish.
