hello,

Does anyone know if there are English books to learn for your driver's license?
What I did understand from people already living in china, that you can do the test in English, but there are no books in English.

Thanks

GUEST10337 hi..you don't need any book or even try the test yourself--you can never understand the Chingnish..what you should do is find a Chinese friend who can pass the tset ( in Chinese version) and go together, claiming he or she is your interpreter..of cause they do the test for you..
but make sure don't go to the place they have English test..try some small city..we got our licence
in Chengdu this way..
good luck

You can do as Guest says. This was just about the only way until recently. Now, there are books in English (yeah, probably in Chinglish) but you might not find them. Remember that everything in China is administered by each province so it will depend on how much effort your province has put into this.
