I'll be spending 75% of the month of February (2-22) in China. Tentatively I'll be in Hong Kong for 2-3 days and then move on to Yunnan. What, especially in Yunnan, would be of high interest to see during the new year season.

Besides the scenic spots as Stone Forest, Dianchi Lake, I suggest you to join the famous temple fair on the west hill which holds during the lunar New Year.

Hi, how are you doing?

Yuannan is a lovely place to visit. To spend your spring festival there is really nice coz it has a year-round mild climate. I know that there is a famous flowers and birds market in Jingxing Street, Kunming. It is the city's biggest and most attractive shopping market where people could buy all kinds of flowers and souvenirs. Especially in the festivals the market is flourishing and full of happiness. I'll try to find more information later.

Dee:)
