House description: Some 40 square meters, the seventh floor, wooden floorboard, 1 sunshine bedroom with a large window, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen room and all completely superfine furnished. Surrounded with supermarket(Wal-market), restaurant, bank, hospital, some famous universities and institutes etc. Ensure your living condition convenient and comfortable. Furniture: one air conditioner, 1 refrigerator, satellite TV channels, 1 washing machine, some kitchen utilities, one king sized bed, sofa ,bureau, etc. and esp. internet broadband access, 24 hours elevator and hot water, security service. 2. Location: My apartment belongs to Zijin Park,lies in the core of Zhongguancun developed area , enjoys a developed road system, and has a convenient access to the downtown area and is 150m far away from Beijing ZhiChunLu Metro Station (Metro Line No.10 and Meter Line No.13,this station is an interchange station), Haidian District, Beijing and very convenient to transfer to Olympic Sports Center (Bird Nest), National Stadium and Olympic Swimming Center (Water Cube), Olympic fence-gym, Tennis Court ,Hockey Field ,Archery Field, Yingdong swimming pool for the 2008 Olympic and to watch Beijing Olympic Games. It will take you less than half an hour to arrive in the abovementioned venue by metro and 30-minute drive to the Beijing Capital international Airport. In addition, if you like, I will be an english tour guide for you. I am working in Beijing now. And of course I am familiar with scenic spots of Beijing and surroundings. I can also help you for car-rent service or free bicycle. And also we can provide you ticket service from Beijing Capital International Airport for free. 3.Rent requirements: At least 20 days during the Olympiad, 300USD per day. If you rent for one month, 250 USD per day. If for two months, 200 USD/day. incl. possible management fee and heating fee. GUEST98155	According to your living time,I can adjust the rent price. But I can assure that there are many Olympic games around my apartment by walking less than 15 minutes.
