![]() | Before the Spring Festival, China had been attacked by heavy snow. Huge loss has been caused. In some disaster areas, the electricity, water supply had been cut off and the transport had also been blocked. To fight against heavy snow, some people have sacrificed their lives. However, some 'tourists' came to the disaster areas to appreciate beautiful snow scenes because they seldom met such extreme weather and heavy snow in southern part of China. For this reason, some disaster areas have become "tourist attractions". On this matter, some people condemns those tourists since they have lost their sympathy toward those victims of heavy snow. Their happiness hurts those people in disaster areas deeply. What do you think? Should those tourists be condemned? |

![]() | Rest assured that there are also those who "offer coals in the snow" as a Chinese saying goes. In HK there have been many campaigns and charity missions helping in the affected areas. It's less reported now in the media and in the forum... Is everything on its track again ? |

![]() | SHESGOTTOBE, we shouldn't stop pursuing our dreams and enjoying our lives. However, it is a special period. People in the south were attacked by heavy snow disaster and we should offer our hands to help them, not visit their villages and take nice photos of snow. Just imagine: If you were in taht situation, how would you feel? |

![]() | If people come and sightsee the disasters, I see that as a problem. but I think most tourists are simply going to view the beautiful scenery, that is reasonable. If nothing else, they are spending money in the region which helps a little. As Shesgottabe says, there are many disasters around the world and we can have little impact on them. Live your life but help where you can. |

![]() | Live your life but help where you can. Paul, I like your words. However, some people just live their own lives and don't help where they can. Sigh! Anyway, we can force people to do whatever they don't want to do. Everyone has his/her right to decide what kind of life they live. |
