Gary, Chinese people have become opener than before. It is very usual to see young lovers hold hands on the streets. For hug and kiss, those traditional lovers wouldn't do it in public but in secret places. Of course, some brave lovers hug and kiss each other on the streets. In the elderly's eyes, these are unacceptable.
